Hey guys, one of my mate just got a my03 wrx, it is pretty stock except for
the turbo back exhaust and a air filter.

Just wondering wat will u guys do for the car after this?

I'm actually telling him to do the ecu and turbo instead of a FMIC.

How much money he wants to spend etc

Depends on how far he wants to go, and how much cash. For me I did the following in order:

3" TBE + Up-Pipe --> $2200 installed.
STi TMIC + Y-Pipe --> $550
Cold Air Intake + Silicone Intake + Fuel Pump --> $600 Intalled

Coming are a Turbo and Tune .. Or just a Tune ..

Standard way to go about improving yer WRX.

He is on a budget, i would reccommend him to do the ecu and turbo
coz i think that is the faster and cheaper way to gain more power and safety as well.
