i think the only change to the current speed limit is just gonna be lower and lower.
just cannot be helped. =(

Very valid point mate. I drive down to Albany once a month and usually sit on 120 - 140. I find I have to pay a lot more attention and concentrate a lot more than say if I was doing 100.
