Prodrive S12, the customers WRC spec car. go download some rounds of the irish tarmac rally championships, ireland has more wrc cars per capita than any other country. more wrc cars start the IRC rallys than most WRC events.

Would you go to all that hassle and cost now that they are not allowed to run the active diffS? I reckon you would be better off buying the Group N version. If you then wanted to run a dutton cheater car just take the restrictor out and retune.....boooo yeah

Then at least you dont need a team of engineers just to look after the gearbox. Also if you did not win you would look like a right tool.

Only Level 1 Manufacturer teams are banned from using active diffs, 'privateers' can still run them. But give them another year of development and I'm sure they'll get the non-active cars to be as quick as the active cars of 2006.

Subaru WRC supposedly run IHI Turbo's - Does anyone know which ones? Probably custom built for them i guess.
