RAC are great to me. Always repaired my car, no questions asked. Very reasonable on price. Even better if you have roadside assist with them and even bettteer if you have your house insurance with them.
Since you are 20, you will get raped by any insurance company. Try Just cars, just make sure your car does not get stolen or you have an accident as their excess is ridiculous.
