What are you doing in regards to batteries Feral?

I run a 4channel and a 2channel amp in my setup and my headlights pulse something cruel with the bass pumping. How are you going to address that given the great amount more power you'll need to power those 3 puppies in the back? Just interested to know, as i havent actually bothered to do anything about mine yet.

get a capacitor Blair... should help with the pulsing headlights... otherwise go for an Optima/Odyssey battery...

Feral - Looks mint mate, you can come around and do a false wall setup in mine when your finished please!

I reckon that's the dodgy option .. High-output alternator would be the go i reckon.

there is nothing dodgy bout running a cap man. heaps of people do it and have no worries.. i will be running one when my stereo finally moves from my floor and into the car.
yes an alternator is a good investment, but i not sure how they go with sudden puses of bass. were as a cap holds some 'power' the amps draw from this first then off the battery when needed..

feral... looks the goods man... look forward to seeing this all carpets and working

nice work dude.... certainly going to look the goods and by the looks if it its going to sound the goods also!

Did you ever toy with the idea of clear perspex for that false wall?... will kinda give the illusion that those amps are "floating"...

Perhaps with a small red neon behind them with the clear perspex will give the illusiion they are on fire also!

Just an idea in my crazy head!.... best of luck with your install anyway!

Thanks guys the false wall was piece of piss its all carpeted up and just got to tidy up the wiring today and ill post up some more pics , battery wise going with a marine gel battery and alternator upgrade , and thanks jason you got a spare generator , well subs are running at 2 ohm so theres plenty off bass on hand and fitted 12 inch subs but future plans are for 15's , I am making a backboard which clips onto the amp rack so to protect it was going to relocate the inside boot light but went and bought a couple of 12 volt down lights which have to be installed tomorrow , cabling wise its all 0 guage back to a 4 guage distrubution board and the same for the earths for each amp . The way i installed it everything takes about twenty minutes to remove for the track days and mile runs in the future . cheers feral

and I am the pissed singstar legend!!
