The only way they will steal my rex is to get it on the back of a tilt tray. Even that would be a prick as i turn the steering wheel full lock and lock it.

Having an auto-on light in the garage is good too, which can't be turned off.

I have never been a car thief but i do know tricks of the trade working with panel beaters and ya hear all the ways that crims do this kinda thing.

Wont matter about full locking the wheel, if the thief gets the keys he will just put keys in ignition and unlock the steering lock.
If you have club lock they will pull it hard as from the center and bust it.

If they dont have keys 2 blokes can quiet easy break ignition steering lock (wont say on forums how)

Most thiefs are full aware of security lights and will simply just unscrew globe or smash the light.

They even go as far as taking globe out of the interior light so they can do there thing in darkness

Oh well - For all the thieves out there, be careful which one you take as one day there will be a car you take with quicktrak fitted and you're gonna get done!

Like all of the guys on here who put $15k into a motor and then don't have quiktrak .. Rookie mistake.

Do it.

If you can outrun a 4/10 sorn off shotgun bullet at the sound of a WRX starting up with keypad start, engine start button, loud un-immoblising alarm, breaking full lock and steal the keys out my pillow case, I say you can take my WRX

Best thing i seen latley is the pull up posts like at the front of shops to avoid ram raids.

Apparently u can get em off ebay. Just drive your car in the garage at night then pull the posts up and lock em in.

Spose they will make ya put em down if they really want car bad enough

Good idea though, bloke i know has them, bit of a hassle to fit them but would make a crim target a easier target
