I guess that pending the specs of the two motors, wrx and sti, 2.5 conversions just became a cheaper option.

pistons on the 2.5 have been goign pony since day one quigebo. cant really run more than 20psi on stock pistons or they will go. but it doesnt stop ppl... a rebuild with forged pistons and rods isnt that expensive.
