Default 08 STI vs STI spec R

Hey,

From what I see the only diff is the seats + rims, am I mistaken or is that all?

Cheers

Have you got your "Search" Flame suit On?

Needs to be one Killer Heavy Duty one.

Search is your best Friend.

Seats & Rims are the only Diff yes.

Already compared specs and that was what I came up with, just seeing if I am being blind or not :P and yes I always put on my flame suit before comming on pwrx forums.

doesnt justify the difference in my opinion, the stock sti wheels are much more appealing- they'd be easier to clean anyhow.

Thanks guys, yeah my brother inlaw is looking at them. He is in the boat that the stock STI rims look better and I am saying go spec R they rims are better hehe. Looks like he will go for the normal STI at this stage unless I convince him otherwise.

Cheers

I would go for spec r without any doubt in my mind. If you are financing it whats another 5K anyway. Seats and wheels in r spec are sweat imo. the stock sti wheels are average looking at best. I reckon most all who buy the betty sti will change rims straight away as first mod. I drove this r spec http://www.perth-wrx.com/vb/general-subaru-discussion/16882-2008-wrx-sti-feb-08-delivery-perth.html

STi wheels I like best but I'd take the Recaro seats any day of the week.
