Default Convertion to Rear wheel drive

Hi I have a hatch My98, I know it sound stupid but would love to convert my WRX to rear wheel drive, I like the pactical of my car but it feels too much traction and love the feeling of drift as i had a 180sx before, has anyone tried to convert their WRX to rear wheel drive? any idea how it works and how much it would be? And where I can have it done?

Sell your WRX and get another Nissan, simple. Too much traction is a good thing!!

1)Put on your flame suit.
2)Use the search function. I saved you the hassle and found 2 threads already.
3)Sell your WRX, and by a RWD car.
4) or learn to drift an AWD.

You can either weld up your current center diff

OR

Buy a RWD center spool for around $500-800

OR

DCCD. Its not a RWD conversion, but it allows you to change the center diff split between front and rear and send up to 65% to the rear. Around $1500 usually for this conversion on a 5 speed.

OR

stop being a fag and go buy a nissan

Thanks guys for your feedback, I contacted Maximum Sport, they said it cost about $1100 for the whole conversion with spool installed. However after I think clearly, the rear diff and base might not be able to handle all the power and be true the wheel base of WRX is short which is not designed to drift anyway, I might just enjoy AWD..
Anyone did convert their WRX to rear? how does it feel? and any damage of the rear diff?
