Default throttle controller

i dislike the standard throttle response for track work in the dbw 06 sti, so

1/ will a reflash be able to change the voltage for sharper throttle response, or use some other method to do so?
or do i use a product like the one above. basically connects between pedal- throttle body

2/ has anybody used a throttle controller like the one above? thoughts?

3/ does anyone know if pedal to floor on the sti = 100% throttle open?
i know on 350z's and some honda's it's only 95% open at full pedal travel

cheers

I have seen similar product called sprint booster and they do work but really not a safe answer in my opinion. Much better to get your car's ecu flash tuned if you want to improve the throttle response. I had a MY06 STI which suffered from the dbw problems but a verso flash tune sorted that out for me.

Obviously this is a copy of an older version EcuTek.

is this for extremely lazy people who cannot manage to push the pedal to the floor?

no more like for people with poorly stock tuned cars who are tired of throttle stutter but afraid to get the problem fixed via tuning. A few eastern states people with Gen IV Libs installed the sprint booster and then got quite a surprise when hitting the throttle in car parks and other tight areas!
