Yea but how much torque? It's torque that will test the limit of how much 'grip' the clutch has. Aim for a clutch capable of handling 500Nm and you shouldn't have a problem

Ok cool will do. As I said before my ultimate power goals are within the next year or so but I need to get the right clutch this time, the current one was just a waste of money and I should have listened to everyone and done it right away. But on the same hand I am not looking forward to the cost of a twin plate.

But nothing good comes cheap I guess, all part of the fun and games :P lucky I have no missus to explain my costs to

Then you need to get a twin plate not a brass button.

Once again I have gone around in circles, as they say your first idea is usually the best idea.

Now who can make the $ go back to 96c?

Cheers

I have a exedy hyper carbon twin plate.
wouldn't recommend one for the street.
I have 502nm atw @20psi and it slips when cold.
Having a clutch that needs to be warmed up for street use is just plain silly.
that's my 2c worth.
good luck finding what you want.
