take one of them out, remove the spring from the unit & see if there's any resistance russ, if there's little or no resistance your coilovers are stuffed, my car used to do this when i had the ancient liberty struts in there when i first lowered it, new shocks fixed it

I think mine has a harmonic between 50 & 58 KP/h ( not bad but noticeable ). Haven't noticed any change at any other speed. The Perrin kit has bush inserts for the diff cradle and front diff supports to. Improved the shift action noticeably. Removed a lot of the drive line slop and rear end feels much stiffer. I can handle a little diff noise for 8 kp/h for the improvements.

I get that resonating sound too. Around 50-60kph too and then again at 100-110 kph.

They are about $40 from Whiteline retailers. Wheels World, Wilkinsons...
