Default Cars from uk

I have been looking at cars on autotrader uk and I cant believe how cheap the cars on there are. I am just wondering if you are able to import and register these cars for the road.

You need to have owned the car for more than 12 months and not have left the country with out it.

I think you have to live overthere with the car registered in your name to bring it in as a personal import.
The only other way you can bring it in is if the vehicle is not available for sale Australia.
Dont quote me but I think thats how it works.

Simply answer is NO otherwise everyone would already
be driving all the rare STi versions.

This has been asked many many times before.

Personal import is the only way as previously said,
live in that country and own the car for atleast 12mths
must provide proof of ongoing costs such as fuel, services
rego's and must do alot of paper work to get them over but
once they are here its simple to get them an "A" class rego.

It can be done but as stated you have to have owned the vehicle. I almost brought my old Peugeot 309 Gti over with me. It was going to cost me about 2000 pounds or so but decided against it in the end.

Same rules as Japan apply.

Car sold here... No dice unless personal import.
Car not sold here... Ok if on the list.
