The ADM donor was 8k. A 204 can be anywhere from 15k - 40k pending on damage and timing on purchase. Then allow for repairs to ADM shell, and purchasing parts you need to finish it. 50 - 60k all up would be an indication.

update:

Interior is 90% complete, dash is in, loom sorted, rear end (brakes,diff, arms, struts etc), rear lights, gearbox etc etc. Good news on the engine, short block got the all clear, heads back tomorrow, valves back in and happy times. Awaiting the front crossmember and then front suspension/brakes, i.e. rest of driveline is in and key can be turned. Tomorrow the glass swap takes place, engine assembled.

First post will be amended with latest pics.

P.s. You'll have to excuse the phone pics, slr is being serviced atm.
