probably not, potentially may get on the track but thinking more as just a car that i can have a bit of fun in when i want.

Would look to stick on and exhaust and tune (love the sound) but dont think i would get too crazy.

Was about to get an 06/07 sti but for the money i thought i could get a new wrx and not be paranoid about whether or not it has been abused. Obviously the sti is a harder car and made for the track but not as nice to drive everyday, or so i have read.

I am after a sedan also which i dont think came out till 09 when all the updates/upgrades happened.

If your tossing up about getting an STI, over a WRX, i'd look at the MY05 STi. Great shape, all the fruit. I had an my02 STI, and it was not a pain to drive every. I don't know where you got that? Saying that, mine wasn't modified much, just exhaust, lowered, and camber and suspension adjustments really, but sitting in peak hour traffic everyday was no different to sitting in it in any other car.

Saying that, if you have ur heart set on a MY09/10 WRX, I can see why, the sedan's are pretty good looking, and with the right mods (exhaust, lowering, wheels) they can be highly improved!

White 09/10 sedan (or hatch if thats your thing) with leather, sunroof... slammed on gunmetal CE28s, with exhaust, intake and verso.. would be an absolutely perfect daily with performance to boot.

I personally wouldn't go for the leather. Can't imagine it being that nice in the heat anyway.

Hater!
Aside from holding the arse end of a cow together, car interiors is the best use for leather

I disagree.. our MY09 with leather is spot on.. really lifts the aesthetic of the interior, and its super comfortable too!

Does get a bit hotter in the sun, but here's a fact.. most modern automotive leathers are actually treated in a way that they don't absorb as much heat as older style leather!
