Why wouldn't you get out of the car ??

I would get out and get license ready ,

yeah nothing like being talked down to be a cop... I stay in the car tho, coz in the car im higher than standing on the ground.. they can look up at me.

Spotted a green gc8 going down wanneroo rd past the wanneroo shops about 730 this morning. I was behind you :-)

I always sit in the car. I find it allows you to play dumb and innocent. Getting out with liccy in hand basically says 'yup ream my ass out' imo.

Same here, which I think accounts for a good percentage of all the times I've been let go (since my first wrx back in 2001 I've been pulled over 37 times and let off 35 times and the 2 times I was booked were by country cops and motorbike cops both of which rarely ever let you off unless you are female, big tits etc)

I always get out and stand on the pass side. Makes the cops feel safer not standing on the road and less likely for them to have a nosey around the inside of your car. Just don't do what one of the guys from my school did, in a mad panic realised his wallet+lic was in the boot so he pulled over and ran to the boot. Cops didn't appreciate that and when he turned around they both had pistols drawn expecting him to come out with a shotty

Lol well this guy looked dodger as with a beanie and all haha cop looked like he was about to cuff him or something. I've only got out twice and both times got done. I find staying in the car and saying sorry making them feel like the big man usually let's ne get off haha. But hey to each there own tricks. Getting out didn't seem to be helping this guy but then again he looked like he was about to shank the cop haha. Or maybe I was just bore on the freeway and started letting my imagination run wild.

Well that is since 2001 (or thereabouts) and I do most of my driving at the early hours of the morning and a few years back when the police had too much funding it was hard to drive 5kms in any direction between 12am and 6am and not get pulled over for something. Plus I was a bit of a "hoon" for a few years when I discovered just how much fun a wrx could be with a few mods done to it
