Hate seeing people smoking behind the wheel. On Friday I had a girl in a blue hatchback cut off the car in front of me 1km later chop lanes in front of a beemer causing them to swerve and hit her car. When I drove past she was still driving one handed holding a cigarette in the other.

If you can't smoke and drive, you shouldn't be on the road. Do you always have both hands on the wheel Okibi? If you don't, you might as well be holding a pen/cigarette/any long round object (depending on your preference). (although, with a cigarette you still can have both hands on the wheel)
I do however strongly disagree with throwing your cigarette out the window, especially if there is a car behind you.
There are many much more disruptive things people do with their hands while driving...phone (talk/text), eating HJ/Maccas, drinking (including non-alcoholic drinks, of which we are all guilty), searching for that particular song on the CD/iPod etc.
