The guys name is Steve I'm pretty sure, he's built a few tiddy
cars before including the old white gc8 "Fly STi" which was
featured in an old fast 4's/Hot 4's and he was painted green haha.

He's also done a built Brumby which was fairl hi-po, every build
he does is done fairly well but $60k is way over the top!!!

Yeah he's done heaps of Subies, currently has a slammed 09 Forester. This ones been fully built by himself except for the paint I think? Don't quote me on it. Top bloke though, a genuine enthusiast.

Bit suprised he's selling it cos he loved the wagon.

Lovely car, but if I bought it, I'd be changing some things in the interior.

Oh, and the price.. ouch!

I think it looks awesome. Is $38,500 really that bad?
An 04 STI is no less than $30,000 if you look around & this is a fully modified & custom car. Completely individual.

60k was the replacement cost, buy it now price is 38.5k, not that unreasonable given the extent of work and oem parts. Quite well integrated I think.

with the front end converted to a sedan type, would the front wheel track be wider than the rear?

Very tidy car... $38.5k is not overpriced imo... for the condition and amount of work gone into it!

I agree, but its not exactly what you would call a collectors edition vehicle or something you would see appreciating in the next 30yrs.

IMO its a really nice car, that seems to be well built, that if I was in the market would offer around $28-$32k max for.
