2011 wrx impact on older wrx sales?
I'm saving to get an 03/04 sti at the moment and was wondering if there's been any trends where a new wrx comes out if people sell their current ones to upgrade?
When the 2011 model comes in summer I was thinking that would be a good time to get a good deal if there is going to be a decent amount of people upgrading. What has happened in the past with this? Anything noticeable?

Subaru have already downpriced the Impreza R.
everything else is a buyers market, as always.

Subaru's don't lose value like a commonwhore, if you look at the price of a GC8 for instance 1998 still getting around $12-15k.
So no the arse doesn't fall out of the resale value for the release a newer model.

seems to be heaps on the road.

seems like the opposite applies for the older models tho. i see more wrx/sti older models than plain imprezas
