I like it.

Has more of a 'track focused mod' (i.e. I need wide wheel arches and dont give a f#ck what it looks like so long as it goes fast) look to it, rather than the Autosalon look.

does look very similar to Welby's Torano but I do actually like the look, would I do it probably not...and yes americans are certainly a different breed.

Can always change front fenders and rear quarters. I wonder if its possible with a 4 door... The rear doors might get in the way. Should give it a shot.

imho it looks fucking stupid, for starters the back of the front arch's don't even cover the wheel, will flick shit up all over the side of the car in the wet etc

the ides itself good but execution is flawed, proper metal widebody or nothing i recon

Exactly. Remove the panel and have a CNC laser cutter do the tricky work.
