OK, thanks for all messages guys.

I just want to clarify a few things, as my thread this morning might have seemed a little angry.

First off, I don't believe that the dealership intentionally sold me a different car, it was a clerical error and well, these things happen in life. It was just one of those things. I don't think it happens too often.

I think I was more just upset with the way it was handled, I do believe communication could have been a litle bit better.

At the end of the day though, the dealer came through with a solution that was amicable for both of us, so they did their job and I'm happy with the result. I guess at the end of the day, that's what counts.

For every crappy story you hear, there's always 100 other happy customers.

Pm me the dealer so I can post it in this thread for all to see.

Oh and bugger pm'ing everyone which dealership it was, just let everyone know as a pwrx community alert so others can be aware when dealing with them because that way you could possibly make someone avoid any grief they may encounter with them in the future.
