Just thought I would post up the conclusion and finish the story that i originally put up close to a month ago. The original thread had to be deleted as there were factors involved that were posted which may have influenced the outcome. But now, all finally resolved.

After countless visits back and forth, a lot of angry phone calls, a few lawyer calls, this was my resolution :



I'm happy with the end result, I just hope noone else goes through it.
