Holden sends the Omega frame to HSV for body panels. Just like Subaru send some models to different plants to be finished off.

To the OP, what exactly were you doing to keep getting it called a hairdresser's car? Like everyone has said, MX-5 sure hairdressers car. Haven't heard of a Subaru being called that.
