Ok. I'm sure many can relate.

I'm sick of people calling WRX's and STi's Hairdresser cars.

A stock Impreza certainly is. But most of the people I know see a WRX or STi as a hairdresser car with Implants. (They've never driven one.)

I own 2 V8's and they assume they are automatically a better car.

I have found a way to fix this. I let them drive and tell them to floor it (to the speed limit, corners excluded)

PROBLEM SOLVED.

PS: (V8's are awesome but, my favorite, even though 2 and a 1/2 times the capacity)

What makes V8s worse? Never been in a V8 thats being punished before. I have a mate who had a 5.7L ute and said mine was faster even it has only got 260hp. I never had anyone call mine a hairdressers car, is it a post gc8 notion?

Who says they are?

A wrx or sti are not in that category.

Yep, never heard of them being called that.. this is the first time in my 9 years of owning Subarus.

I've heard a few people refer to the betty's as hairdressers cars
