Default Anyway to reset engine light without a scanner?

Will unplugging the battery and leaving it, or starting it a numerous amount of times reset the cel? i know what the issue is, but cbf going to mechanics. Plus, they aint open, and this lights annoying.

You have to reset the ecu, if you search the forum there is a thread with instructions how to do it at home.

Thanks i found it, i've now done the pin connection method like 10 times, and still nothing. Check engine light remains, im positive it's just the 02 sensor playing up.. damn light..

lol, same problem I had a few weeks back, i found that turning the engine off/on a few times does the trick...doesn't help resolve the issue...lol, but mines all sorted now
