One member here used an ATP turbo and didn't make any more power on his 05 STi than what a VF34 would have.

ok well, it has a brand new vf 34 turbo on it now only done about 1000km. i was hoping anything above 300hp would be nice, but if i already have a vf34 would a td06 make much difference?

Just a sec.

You have ej207 (means nothing power wise just able to keep up the pace).
Larger injectors;
Autronic; and
vf34

And you were expecting above 300hp???

its on 14 psi. at the minute, so wind the boost up?
and has a avo top mount intercooler which i believe a sti top mount is better?
so i am trying to get hold of a different top mount and some headers aswell.

You need to back up a bit 2004rs.......

What Horse power do you currently have at the hubs?

what heads are on your 207?
What cams are in there?

There are lot's of different TD06's & variants under different names.......

Mine makes 280hp (with a slipping clutch) on a vf34-p18 @ around 1.6-1.7bar & stock 440cc injectors.......I'll go to a Tdo6-18 or 20 & chase ~330 ath. soon enough.

Why is the boost so low? 14psi is or is near stock boost.

Sorry I'm slow posting.....

Why is the boost so low?? Vf34's like 1.4-1.5 bar.
