Get an 07 STi for that money... If you want something newer, I'd be going for the MY11 over the MY09!

But then I wouldn't buy either of them as you can pick up an 08/09 STi for much the same money as an MY11 WRX...

Ahh silly me, I was thinking about the US market, they don't have red calipers on the 11

Is that from a dealer over east? I was told you can't buy cars over east from a dealer unless you're a resident, not sure if I was told the right information though..

Unless it has changed in the last few months, you can deffinately buy from over east dealers etc!
only costs about $1500 to transport unless you can get a deal (I put my cars through work logistics departments :P so pay sfa)

You can find yourself a bargain if that's the case..

Does the dealer organize the transport for you?

You 'can' buy from an over east dealer for new and used. New car sales will not want to do an over the phone deal too often (I have found) due to the interwoven nature of the new car dealers across Australia. However, turning up with cheque book in hand changes the deal.

Dealer can organise transport, but it will cost more than you organising it.
