Peanut STI with the plate QUACH 23, or similar, on the Mitchell/Kwinana freeway city overpass. I was in the blue GC8 I entered from the GF tunnel then exited at the Mounts Bay Road exit. I flicked you a wave out the window as I took the off ramp.
