Default intro to perth wrx

hi my names nick,

i've been overseas for the last six months before that i had a my00 wrx which i loved but had to get rid of to fund my holiday.whilst i was away i still checked into the site every now and then trying to find a car for when i got back.so now im back im seriously looking to buy a new wrx (03-05) peanut eye.i'm stuck in a bit of a situation of whether to buy one with lower kms(around the 100k mark) and do some work or buy a higher km sti model(150k plus).i do realise kms arn't always an indercator of condition etc. just after some better knowledge from the guys on the site so if anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.
**price range 15k-25k

cheers

Stretch the budget to 28ish, and find an 05 sti.
