I have not once, not ever seen a cop car with number plate surrounds. The ones with tow bars (far and few between) i would think are there for a reason

Silver 03-05 Wide body kitted wrx (didnt check if it was an sti but had the spoiler) with White multispoke enkies. Looked quite clean! Was at the Thornlie Footy club after training, must of been one of the colts players. Hai2u
