Saw this today on Ivanhoe street, front driver side wheel looks bent

The guy across the road from where the car is said it was a car chase. Wheee the car is situated at the moment is around a bend, so they must have been going pretty fast, couldn't turn in time, clipped the kern and flew into the sign and screwed up the wheels.
