Purchased the wife a cs9, quick question where these numbered or can i find out the number??

isn't there a little plaque on the centre console? Can't really remember

They weren't individually numbered like the 'S' series so you won't find a plate anywhere. There were only 300 sold in Australia though and only in Blue or Black.

Yea, my CS9 isn't numbered either.

Apparently you can ring Subaru with the VIN number and they can tell you the build number? but I haven't tried yet.

I know the CS4 has this, but not sure what happened after that.....

Im pretty sure there were 2 lots of CS9, first lot being numbered, second lot not numbered

The only cars released with plaques in Australia are:

Club Spec Evo 4 - 2000 (300 released)
WRX Limited Edition - 2002 (100 released)
Club Spec Evo 5 - 2002 (200 released)
WRX STi S20-SC - 2003 (10 released)
WRX Petter Solberg - 2004 (200 released)
WRX WRP10 - 2005 (200 released)
WRX Tuned by STi - 2007 (200 released)
BRZ - 2012 (201 released - supposedly)

When i purchased my CS9 back in 07 i wanted to know the build no too and rang Subaru. They said they were not numbered

mine wasnt numbered either, and yeah they were sold only in blue or black and about 300 sold.

I thought the CS4's were 250. 200 sedans + 50 wagons/hatches
