If I turn it up 1 click how much more boost does that give me?

No, there's not ... the clicks aren't calibrated against anything, and the response of the boost control system and indeed the needle valve in your manual boost controller is not linear.

So there's no x-clicks for x-boost table.

Sorry! - suggest you buy a boost gauge.

Ok no probs, but there is no chance surely that one click equals 4pound is there? It only opens the gate up a certain amount. Surely it is not that unpredictable?

Didn't you read what i typed? There isn't a linear relationship between what's on the bleed valve with what boost you can expect.

ergo - it's completely unpredictable. utterly!

Get a boost gauge.
