Found this on the net thanks to Kris aka Rising Sun Subaru.

I thought the new MY14 WRX and STi were supposed to look completely differ from the current Impreza???

If this is in fact the new WRX then it looks exactly the same as the Impreza just has bonnet scoop and a few other minor changes, one thing that looks promising though is the 6speed shift pattern on the gear knob.........WRX with 6spd mmmmmmmmm.

Saw this earlier today, some people are claiming that it isn't the new wrx yet, just testing the engine/mechanicals/etc in the current Impreza shell.
Only time will tell!

Edit: 6 speed in the wrx?! Yes please!

Possibly same 6 speed as 09+ Liberty, just the 5 speed with extra cog inserted...?

Yeah Kris reckons it's a cable type one and not the same as the STi spec box, he'll find out for sure next month when he hits up the Subaru test yard in Japan.
