That would be it.

Some places call them crush washers, some places just call them banjo washers....either way, they are copper washers that are to be placed on either side of the banjo fitting when the bolt goes through the banjo and gets screwed into the turbo centre section

As long as they are the same size, all should be fine.

Yeah its sorta the same....

remove coolant and oil lines
disconnect wastegate line
remove cooler or cooler pipes if u got a FMIC
undo intake pipe clamp and slide it off the turbo inlet
remove heat shield
unbolt the turbo flange on the up-pipe
unbolt the dump pipe

Lift turbo off up-pipe!

The hard part is getting your hands and tools in to do the up-pipe and dump pipe. its easy if your under the car to get to the hard to reach stuff, but I managed to do it all from the engine bay.

I'm quite sure a VF series comes with all the water lines and oil drain tube, but if not, transfer them over from the TD04.

Make sure when you put the new turbo back in to the engine bay, you connect the oil drain tube up correctly, or you'll have a fairly decent oil leak!

Use new gaskets too!! Not that expensive from a Subaru dealer....

Also, if your VF series didnt come with studs for the dump pipe, use the ones from the TD04...spray them with CRC, lock two nuts together on the thread, and then unscrew the stud. You might have to use a little force to get them out!
