I just rang to confirm my booking at the Manor Inn. I chatted to the girl there and she is going to have all our rooms ready to check in by 11am, so we can get that out the way as soon as we arrive in Albany...

Also, she was saying the restaurant at the Inn does Steak and salad bar for $13.95 Saturday nights, and full buffet breakfast on Sunday for $9.95

Anyone staying Sunday night as well they do Roast buffet for dinner for $13.95....

Sounds like fun, drive carefully and enjoy yourselves.

I havnt been there myself for dinner, but i've been told it's excellent value for money... i wouldnt mind going there for tea myself on sat night...

Could be a decent plan, cheap dinner there then head to a local for some beers and talk shyte.... The girl said guests get first dibs at tables as they are full most sat nights (180+ people), so if the consensus is to have a meal there we could probably reserve some tables when we get there on saturday.. I'm happy to organise if others want to put their opinions on here...
