South Of The River Meet Point: Waikiki Village Shopping Centre Behind The Servo 6:00am for 6:30am Depart.

SOR Crew To Meet NOR Crew @ Armadale McDonalds @ 7:00am

ETA: 3hrs 45min - So ~10:45am (Altho this will vary depending on traffic, stops & detours)
Destination Meet Point: WA Salvage/Video Ezy Car Park - Albany (Just off the first main big roundabout... it's the 4th exit (5th being the road you came off)
Destination Accomodation: Country Mannor Inn - Ph: 9841 1177
After Arrival Activitys: Meetpoint first... make sure everyones arrived in one piece, i'll be there, and i can show you guys where to go wash your cars (if your like me, that's probably the first thing you'll want to do... ) next would be to book in, and unpack etc... then i'd probably suggest meeting up for those who'r intrested, and go get some lunch some where... followed by another meet up, for an afternoon cruise round all the scenic-y type places in town... (this possibly wont be officialy planned, more follow-the-leader style, mainly cos there's a lot, and some people might not want to goto all of them... but i'll attempt to take you to as many as you wanto goto...) umm... then i guess it'll be head back to your accomodation... then maybe meet up again for tea somewhere.... let me know if this sounds too much lol... :P

Day 2 (Sunday, 2nd July)

Meet at 10:00am at the same carpark as mentioned above...(altho booked out first, and packed up) commence the main cruise to denmark/walpole, then back via the valley of the giants - tree top walk, back to denmark, back to the meet point (possibly in denmark, so you can go straight from denmark to mt barker and cut albany out of the route (save a bit of time) on the way back...

Hey

Ok so i've spoken to a few of you guys about this before, and most of you seem keen, but it just needs a bit of organising... basicly im proposing a cruise down south, to Albany, then around Albany, out to Denmark & Walpole (reeeeeally nice cruising territory through the big karri forrests) for the day, and then back to Albany in the arvo, stay over night then head back on the Sunday... it would be a fairly large cruise length wise because of the trip from Perth to Albany and back, but it has been done before by other clubs (ie. SilviaWA and some other clubs have made the trip down, just last weekend there was a heap aparently 20, but i only saw 7 180/200SX's and a couple Skylines who came down early saturday morning and had a big cruise round down here)

Anyways, the details you need to know:

Yes, Albany does have BP Ultimate, and aparently so does Denmark.
We're approx 400-440KM south of Perth, or Armadale, depending on how you messure it. which depending on who you ask, is around a 3hr 45min to 4hr 30min depending on how many stops and what speed you sit on.
Accomodation can be arranged in the form of Camping in tents, or if you wish we've got a selection of Hotels, for instance the newly renovated (being renovated atm) who have rooms for $59 odd/Night they're only basic, but nice enough...

Anyways.... would be nice to get a show of hands, and see roughly when it would suit most people....

i do it in 3hrs 45 usualy... and thats pretty well sitting at around 115-120 all the way... with 1 short stop (10mins or so)... but thats to Armadale... so...

Well i'd suggest end of the coming month maybe? somthing like the 24th of June ... or 1st of July ? maybe ... somewhere around then to give people plenty of time to get them selfs organised for the event
