Yeah the boom is slowing, not everyone has the money that did or had hoped for.
This car on the other hand, no idea whose it is/was, but I rekon a touch on the higher side price wise, but still decent, especially with what I would consider slightly below average km's.
And who writes power figures like 330hpawd? pretty sure its whp/atw or whp - so maybe he hasn't done the work? either way ask for proof of the 330whp.
motec? also check that out. every thing else on the mod list is pretty std & have a good squiz at how the fmi is plumbed. judging by his add he doesn't really know what he has, prob paid too much for it, and if his reasons to sell it are genuine, you may have room to bargin.

I agree, had a look at the ad and doubted the 330atw on the stock turbo, with that few engine mods, I'd get proof of that.

Good luck whatever you buy mate, still remember what happened with your old car

Yeah I know you win some you lose some, they seem to be between 20-30 depending on condition. But there's a couple tidy pig Sti's down in the high 20s

I'm hoping I can get a nice one for under 25

Looks decent. 330whp lolz.

As fir the boom. Everyone needs to chill out. Wait until after the election. I'd say alot of the big companies are holding back their projects till after the election.

Yeah man, i couldn't get anything after September and most of friends are clinging on for dear life at their current jobs. Most of the exploration jobs got cut so everyone is either going back to school for a bit, studying something else, or moving o/s...like me!

Doubt that will change much. It's getting expensive to produce in Australia, companies are looking to cut costs/expand less or looking to other countries that aren't as heavily taxed as Australia. Like phizzle mentioned above, with commodity prices dropping so much, mines will be going to care and maintenance, or closing completely.

Holly shit they are getting cheap, mine is still insured by Shannons at $35k
I think that is a reasonable price imo being the best shape, last of the 2L forged, 35:65 dccd split, 5x114 etc

Should have yes when that guy offered 32k all those years ago
