Was with Shannons but SGIO advertised their "beat other quotes by 10% and they did - with mods mentioned. Bundle with house policy for a reduction FTW

Mods are listed, such as they are. Have you had experience with claims being denied?

Im also with RAC. All mods are listed for my car, and agreed value is at 34k, but this is for an 07 sti.

Not personally no - as I am with Shannons.

But I know of two cases where they have denied a claim due to mods. Just make sure policy is 100% correct.

Fobz, can I ask what is done to the Car?

Have previously sorted out a few people for insurance with RAC. Including 19 year old lachy294. ( I Work for them. [Not insurance but have my contacts])

RAC is pretty good pending what modifications are done & as long as you are honest & list anything & everything on the policy. However; Turbo changes pending on HP differences is where they tend to lead a stray & refuse policy's.

My insurance:
Insurer: RAC
Car: 2007 Subaru WRX (Pignose/hawkeye)
Agreed Value: $33,800
Cost: $707.16 ($58.93 month Staff Discount) $0 Basic Excess ; $250 Age Excess (24)

With all mods covered & listed on the policy.

Will do. Everything I have put onto the car since I bought it is listed separately on the policy.

Have you called Shannon's? They insured my bug with all the mods for best agreed value and price for premium. They won't insure anyone who has a suspension on their license in the last 5 yrs. I know your all good but just for information.

For full disclosure, let our readers know that your mods are cosmetic mods and not performance.

They should already know that.
