Tell us a bit about:

the km's travelled
the asking price.

This will assist.

What sort of love does it need?

As the car is for sale at (what appears to be) Subaru Osborne Park, there will be a Subaru-Osborne-Park-tax which will have the price inflated by a few grand more than it should be. Take this into consideration.

my opinion is that its blue and has 4 wheels, seems like a bargain!
edit- seems i misread. your looking for options, not opinions so heres a few..
1- buy it
2- dont buy it
3- shoot yourself
4- shoot girlfriend
5- naked cartwhells
6- take photo and post on forum with practically no information on vehicle and ask random strangers whats the options?

It's had full service history, in the book and I even rang the place myself where it's been serviced, mint interior, straight as body, and drives like a dream, it's just done 200,000km and belts got done at 196,000. It has the potential (with a bit of TLC) to be a nice cheap car. The asking price was $13,000 and I offered (ALOT) under that. The last service on it, it had $3000 spent, brakes, ball joints, belts. I think it's a pretty good buy.

If you have any concerns before buying get a pre-purchase inspection done.
Talk to STechnic.

if you are getting it at the 10-11 mark, do it. Budget potentially 4k for a 207 bottom end, seems like the rest of it is well looked after.
