Will let you know next week how my Groups 4s go in my 06STi. Getting PFF7 18" Rims as well as Ventus K107 rubber at the same time.

Will have a set of the STi RE070s with 1100kms on them up for grabs too.

Untrue! You aren't thinking ok K104's are you?
Absolutely no problem with K107's in this regard. Have had 'em on my '06 STi for 4 months and they are fine.

So Phil...PFF7's again....same colour as your others I hope!

I am kicking myself now! I should have spent the extra and gone straight for coil overs from the start instead of just kings superlows! Live and learn though!

nope, I had K107 on my previous ride, hit a pothole, had a bulge on the tyrewall.

K104's tyrewalls are even softer, my gf had them on her ride

Yep Anthracite colour, still my favourite rim on the GD+ shape. Seen photos and they look rather snazzy on Black STi's.

Think the K107s are in the mid $300s range. Hit a decent pothole with 18's and it is gonna hurt, regardless. Best to avoid them where possible.

Not really interested in cheap. Prefer trust, which I have for John & Bob @ Wheelsworld. At the end of the days it is your tyres and suspension keeping 1.5 tons of projectile where it is supposed to be going.

p.s. not grass roots marketing, just an observations after years of dealings. (before I get flamed)
