Default Steering issue

Hey guys I have a 98 gc8 wrx and I started to get a crunch noise from my steering when I turn the car but when I jack it up the noise vanishes and I have just replace tge following and its still here .

Tie rods
Rack bushes
Taken out coilovers and checked

Exhaust up pipe to turbo heat shield may be loose and catching steering knuckle.

Has a workshop checked it?
best way to suss it out is get it on a four post hoist and get someone to turn the wheel whilst they listen for it!
