whats your worst mod ever?
 

i have $1200 to spend on my car so i deside to buy headers, after a while i stumble across a guy thats selling a 2nd hand pair for $300, i went and bought em and took them into shop x to be installed and tuned, they didnt end up fitting properly :( the owner of the shop said i could buy a new x-force set for $400 and that he could install it for $300 and have the car ready the next day. all happy i went off and bought em. after about a week of them being installed they start to make a strange noise, i took them into shop Y to get a check done on them, turnes out to be a blown gasket, new gasket goes in and all is well for another 2 weeks, then the same noise begins again. i take it into shop Y again thinking it was the same gasket and maby the flange needs to be machined flat or something. turnes out that the headers have split in an area thats impossable to weld because of were it is and the welder nosel cant get to it. so these headers are fucked, after speeking to owner of shop Y i deside to install a new set of HKS headers for $1600 plus $600 for installing and tunning. and will have car back in a week and a half.

the backyard straight pip exhaust i made for my tx3, sounded like a bucket, no mufflker, no cats, no nothing, i stuck with a straight pipe, but put a car back in, and it passed the pits, twice, with no mufflers in it..
