Know i will probably be told to rip the brant out and replace not a option at this point. Have the brant alarm in my MY11 WRX with the keypad but don't have to put code in to start car each time. Have the code cause i can turn alarm active/inactive. Does anyone have the programming codes for the brant alarm system. Have spoken to local subaru dealer they weren't aware the car even had the keypad installed. Have tried to get activated via them without luck they now want to book my car in for testing to confirm can be activated. i Want to try to activate myself to save some money. Thanks Sparr3d

From memory it isn't a Brant, but a Sigma (M30/S32) in the 2008+ models.

This thread may be of some assistance, from memory a couple of the members here had the key pad activated and I believe they had to see the dealership and pay a small fee ($75 IIRC).

Pretty sure that stimul8in (Jamie) went through this.

^ correct, Subaru Wangara activated my key pad. And yes, it's a Sigma system. I love the feature and don't have any issues with it. My wife sometimes struggles to input the PIN code correctly, but she doesn't drive it often (what a shame!)
