Default gfb bov problem

hey guys just recently bought a GFB RESPONS TMS BLOW OFF VALVE for my 04 sti and since i have installed it i have started smelling fuel and seen it drip from under my car i have the valve set so no air vents to atmosphere and i have a slight bit of fuel around the trumpet of my bov thanks guys SOOBY NOOBY

Honstly you better with the stock valve .. sorry to dissapoint but its a waste of $$ swapping it

These problems your having sound unrelated. Fuel dripping from your car sounds like you have a fuel leak, start there. Fuel on the BOV doesnt make any sense at all. Except maybe your fuel leak is close to the BOV...

thanks for all the replies but yeah it has to be just a fuel leak it makes no sense if its on my bov hahaha but had to make sure now i have a lead on it cheers boys

Check your inlet/return & evaporation(if your model has one) connections they are all very close to the blow off valve where they are plumbed to the manifold.

The drip under neath could be water condensing on your air conditionong evaporator and draining out the bottom. This is normal for when the air con is on.
