Bridgestone S03's for an all round street tyre. Quiet, pretty grippy with good tyre wear.

I have just put a Set of Falken RT615's 225/40R18 on my ride. Grippy as, 200 tread wear rating and pretty quiet for an agressive semi R-spec tyre. Don't buy locally. I rang Tempe and got them for $345 each delivered to Perth, cheapest in Australia. They were here in 3 days. Pretty happy about that.

Yes it is.
Rang Tempe up and said guys over east were picking them up for around $330 locally. Tempe matched the price and took my credit card details over the phone. Its the quickest no bullshit deal I have ever done. Big thumbs up.

That sounds like a plan. I'm gonna give the Falkens a shot.

Smile Sumitomo Option

Hi Guys
I'm just finishing up a set of Sumitomo HTR ZIII tyres from Ian Diffen, after recommendation from a friend with an (VW) R32.
Street Driving only (No Track time) but fairly aggressive on the corners.
They have worn very evenly, and I'm just down to the tread Bars on all 4 after 28,000kms.
The outer corners are wrecked on the fronts though.

Good predictable tyres, and would purchase again.
Approx $220 per corner 2 years back.

Not unhappy with the milage as fun always = $, which are totally justified in my way of thinking.

Any thoughts on street only tyres that can handle the hard cornering better than others???

Many thanks
