What would they cost in 16 and 17?

I think if someone such as yourself recomends them, they might be decent. Ive got either 16 or 17's to put them on.

Give the guys at Midvale Discount Tyres a call. By far the cheapest price I could find in Perth. Everyone else was about 300 ish a throw.

You could only expect the 16's and 17's to be cheaper. I have heard of the guys over east getting 17's for 200ish..maybe just under..

Hankook Ventus R-S2 (Z212) - anyone used these tyres before? They seem to be very well reviewed as a street/semi-track tyre. Are they avail locally and at what cost?

What is the most popular street/semi-slick tyre among the Subaru community? Those driving the 05 onward STI's which come with the semi-slick Bridgestone RE-070s (which obviously dont last very long), which tyre did you change to?
Mate Al (Stinga) has these on his car they are around $250 a pop.

Dear oh dear, where are the bloody moderators these days. This thread started out looking for an opinion on Tyres and suddenly TRAINWREX gets his back up because someone NAULI dared to mention MMS.

GET OVER IT and take your argument somewhere else.

I take it you can read this bit

I rang Tempe and got them for $345 each delivered to Perth, cheapest in Australia. They were here in 3 days. Pretty happy about that.

Do yourself a favour and get these if you have previously been running on the Bridgestones RE070 or SO3's

For a good review read this:
http://www.rexnet.com.au/forum/index...3442&hl=falken

I'm very happy with mine, they seem quieter than my Bridgestone SO3's.
PS. I have some SO3's sitting here.

Maybe your blind I don't know. Flame me off this thread if you have too. Get it off your chest. We are all here only trying to help fellow members.

did u read what i wrote WRXTASY.. i said even before u had to put ur 2cents worth in that i didnt mean to interupt daves thread and that if i had a further problem id take it to pm...

The argument had stopped with my above comment, but you being a keyboard warrior had to start another one. Nauli dosent need you to fight his battles.

I gave dave an opinon on the tyres he was chasing.. IF U CAN READ. But obviously not as ur little keyboad happy..

Jeez if that was 2cents worth I would like to see a dollar.

You must be a sensitive type if you get on your soapbox and shout to all sundry over my small comment. Do you need a megaphone ? It would seriously work better. I can get you one that plays little tunes to keep your sensitivity in check.

Failing that cotton wool.... not for you but all the rest of us on this forum that dare mention MMS, so we can block our ears when your verbal diatribe spews forth and infects us all.

Notice not one swear word was used in this, I would not want to upset small children that may have it in for MMS.
PS I still rekon your blind as well as a few other things....

Flame me off line or should I bring around that soapbox and megaphone ???

Back to the discussion on tyres please......
