Since you are so smart, please explain the blue on the registration sticker and the orange indicators.

A big hint for life in general (never mind just Perth-WRX), no body likes "know it alls" especially when they haven't got half a clue of what they are talking about. Remember there are some very highly qualified, highly trained and have had a lot more life experience with things than you on here.
