Whine when engaging clutch
Hey all, I just finished installing a new clutch in my 99 GC8. I got the flywheel machined and put in a new pilot bearing and clutch release bearing. When I put the car in any gear and let the clutch out I hear a whining sound. When in neutral and I let the clutch in and out, there is no sound, it is only when in gear. I took off the power steering and alternator belt and the sound is still present. I'm not sure if could be the pilot bearing but would appreciate if anyone had any ideas on what it could be.
Cheers
