i think you've missed my point there. 5kw gain is not something you would want to spend 300 (for GFB) on. I'm sure for $300 there are better things to spend to get a higher gain
Anyway, i'll stop now, before this thread ends up into the usual sprial of crap |

Actually i think Polarbear got my point completly was just wanting to know if these pully's and belts were ok just found out that the alot of rally cars run the Dayco belts opposed to genuine subaru. Was a little concerned that if i bought cheap alloy knock off's opposed to brand name such as GFB they would fail costing me big $$$ in the future
Not really concerned with the power gains but if buying the belts seperatly are going to cost me $150 + and i can buy one of these kits for around $200 and i will get a little power increase and better fuel consumption then all good |

fair enuff, my pulley kit is the xspeed ones, not GFB and they uses the factory belt. no car issue due to pulleys.
dunno what belt they use in the ebay ones tho. |

if there are any concerns with under driven pulleys just go lightened. Pretty sure NRG/MRT etc sell them. Ensures you can stay with oem or other goodies like gates timing belts... http://www.gatesaustralia.com.au/
